DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND ELECTRONIC DELIVERY
All products sold through the Site are digital products unless expressly stated otherwise. No physical product will be shipped for a digital-product purchase.
Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout. Delivery may include:

If you do not receive access to your digital product within 30 minutes after completing your purchase, please contact pamprinciotta@outlook.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resend the product or provide a replacement access link.
Delivery is considered complete when the digital product, download link, or access instructions are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by:
• An incorrect or incomplete email address
• Email filters or security settings
• Internet or technology interruptions
• A customer’s failure to check spam, junk, or promotions folders
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control
DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUND POLICY
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all digital-product sales are final once the product, download link, or access instructions have been delivered.
We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges because a customer:
• Changes their mind
• Does not use the product
• Does not download the product
• Determines that the product does not suit their personal preferences
• Fails to review the product description or compatibility information before purchasing
Please carefully review the product description, format, compatibility requirements, and other information provided on the product page before completing your purchase.

• Are charged more than once for the same purchase
• Receive an incorrect product
• Do not receive the product
• Cannot access the product because of a technical issue within our control
• Receive a damaged or unusable file
We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue, resend the product, provide a functioning replacement file, or issue a refund when appropriate.

DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE
